Hi Everyone,
Many educators are doing online story time during distance learning and publishers are adjusting their copyright policies to make this easier. School Library Journal created this COVID-19 Publisher Information Directory. Most publishers ask that educators state that they are reading with permission from and name the publisher at the start of the video. Most publishers state that the videos be set to private and be taken down at the end of June, although some state after thirty days. For the exact requirements of a particular publisher, please refer to the directory.
Below you can find resources you may want to check out for distance learning.
Students can go to the library page at each site (Cove, Neil Cummins, or Hall). There they can utilize Encyclopedia Britannica. There are three levels and students can read and research topics as well as watch videos on topics of interest. Students can go into the library catalog and use WebPath Express to explore topics as well.
